The VCO allows you to speak into the handset while the incoming conversations are displayed as text on the screen by using the toll-free relay service or TTY. Just read and talk. It's that simple. The VCO is desk or wall mountable and is powered by A/C adapter.
Voice Carry Over calls must be place through Toll-free relay service. Voice Carry Over (VCO) is a free service from the state. Relay operators can be reached by dialing 711 from any touch tone phone. Please note: will not work with Digital PBX or VOIP
