Ann has been helping people hear better for over 15 years. With her bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders, audiology and speech pathology from UW-Oshkosh and her natural compassion and understanding of individuals needs she is able to give her clients a more rewarding life. “It’s an incredible feeling to know that I can help someone do that”. Ann is proud to be able to offer her clients state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, in-house lab and repair for custom hearing aids and personal attention at one of four locations.

When Ann isn’t working you might find her relaxing in the great outdoors, cheering on the Packers, gourmet cooking or just being a mom to her 2 children Logan and Ashleigh.

Chris has been the Senior Lab Technician at Pickart Hearing since 2007 working with his wife Ann. He trained with leading manufacturers in the hearing aid industry learning the precise details of building and repairing hearing aids. His background includes 22 years as a cabinetmaker and carpenter with an emphasis on mechanical, electronics and pattern making. These natural talents blend well with the process of molding and building the acrylic shells of hearing aids, which are then fitted with the electronic components. Working with precise measurements and his attention to detail we are able to offer state-of-the art products at better savings for the consumer. Chris also handles our repairs for all custom hearing aids.

In his spare time Chris enjoys the outdoors – he’s an avid hunter and fisherman and he’s most current passion is automobile restoration.

 

 

Lisa is a Fond du Lac native and has been married for 20 years.  In the past has enjoyed working as a CNA, assisting the elderly population with in home care.  Lisa really found her talents and caring personality flourished when she started working at Pickart Hearing Service as our Patient Care Coordinator.  Lisa is in charge of handling most of the patients needs, including cleanings, distribution of amplified telephone equipment, and minor repairs.  She also will educate patients on the use and care of their new hearing aid.  Lisa has worked for Pickart Hearing Service since April of 2009.  Lisa works at our Fond du Lac location and is happy to help you even if you didn’t purchase your hearing aids from us.  Lisa enjoys boating, camping, reading, and taking long walks with her two Yorkies!!  The most enjoyable and fulfilling part of working for Pickart Hearing Service has been caring for the patients and making a difference in their lives.

Diana is our newest Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been with our practice over 2 years.   She has over 20 years of experience in the medical field and takes great pride in making patient service her top priority.  She is a resident of Fond du Lac, along with her children Brandon and Megan and their miniature Yorkshire Terrier, Lexi.  She enjoys gardening, running, biking and spending time with her family and friends.

 

Amanda is a graduate of New Holstein High School. She currently lives in Fond du Lac with her 2 children ages 3 & 5. She works full-time and also attends MPTC studying Accounting. Watch for her acting debut in the new commercial coming soon on WLUK!

She loves being creative and working with her hands – so learning and creating hearing aids is a truly rewarding experience. Making sure the patients have the most comfortable fit possible when devising hearing aids is Amanda’s main goal. With her training and attention to detail you can be assured your hearing aids are the best they can be.

 

Chris is our newest team member joining us in January of this year. She brings over 27 years of customer service and marketing to our staff.  All the calls from all our locations are received by her in our Fond du Lac location, she keeps the office appointment book organized along with general office skills.
Her attention to detail, organization and love of working with customers will be an asset. Chris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Marian University and Associate Degree in Marketing from MPTC.

When not at work you will most likely find her in the kitchen baking up a storm, gardening or using her creative juices making cards or jewelry.
