Terry R. Fox, B.C., H.I.S.

Terry was born in Michigan and later relocated to Wisconsin to be closer to family.  He has been married for 32 years and has four children – (2 of which are twins), and a miniature Schnauzer.  Every since Terry has been 12 years old he has been helping people by volunteering in numerous ways, such as mowing lawns, cleaning elderly peoples homes, painting houses, and many other tasks.  Terry began his Audiology career six years ago, and has succeeded in his career due to his true kindness, generosity, and sincere desire to help others.  He has worked hard to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist, and after 4 years even became Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Science.    He decided to work at Pickart Hearing to have the flexibility to help people hear better by offering them great technology at a much lower price.  His ultimate goal is to help people improve their communication bringing them closer to family and friends.  He enjoys reading a good book, sports, and cooking a pot of chili and sharing it with friends.

Lisa Moriearty - Patient Care Coordinator

Lisa is a Fond du Lac native and has been married for 18 years.  In the past has enjoyed working as a CNA, assisting the elderly population with in home care.  Lisa really found her talents and caring personality flourished when she started working at Pickart Hearing Service as our Patient Care Coordinator.  Lisa is in charge of handling most of the patients needs, including cleanings, distribution of amplified telephone equipment, and minor repairs.  She also will educate patients on the use and care of their new hearing aid.  Lisa has worked for Pickart Hearing Service since April of 2009.  Lisa works at our Fond du Lac location and is happy to help you even if you didn’t purchase your hearing aids from us.  Lisa enjoys boating, camping, reading, taking long walks with her two Yorkies!!  The most enjoyable and fulfilling part of working for Pickart Hearing Service has been caring for the patients and making a difference in their lives.

Diana Krupp - Office Manager

Diana is currently the magic behind Pickart Hearing Service.  She currently holds the position of Office Manager.  All the calls from all our locations are received by her in our Fond du Lac location, she keeps the office appointment book organized along with general office skills.  She has over 20 years of experience in the medical field and takes great pride in making patient service her top priority.  She is a resident of Fond du Lac, along with her children Brandon and Megan and their miniature Yorkshire Terrier, Lexi.  She enjoys gardening, running, biking and spending time with her family and friends.  She is looking forward to a long time career with Pickart  Hearing Service and will begin training to become a Hearing Specialist very soon.
